Outline of work to be completed will be put in writing with an agree fee and payment schedule.

Inside Up will prepare all exploratory work to agree designs. This could include visuals, mood boards, meetings at supplier showrooms, sketch layouts and site visits.

Once the design is agreed, we will prepare full 3D visuals, specifications and samples of materials, working drawings and plans for potential contractors. This would include all electrical / joinery / furniture / plumbing / painting / soft furnishings / finishes etc.

We can also prepare all documentation to allow our customers to send pricing packs out to contractors for each project. Over the years we have also worked with several companies that we know are capable of high standards and we can put these forward for tendering if required.

We are budget conscious and can work with you to ensure that project costs are managed once commenced. Your success is our success and most of our projects are from existing / repeat customers or their referral to friends / colleagues.
